Child Safety Policy

Last updated: January 2026

1. Our Commitment

Inflame is committed to maintaining a safe environment free from any content or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any way.

2. Age Requirements

2.1 Brand Accounts

All brand accounts and authorised users on the Inflame platform must be 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organisation.

2.2 Creator Accounts

All creators who participate in Inflame campaigns through our app must be 18 years of age or older. Inflame does not knowingly permit minors to register as creators or receive payouts through our platform. If a creator is found to be under 18, their account will be suspended immediately pending review.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Inflame platform and within any campaign facilitated through our services: any material that sexually exploits or depicts minors; any campaign brief, deliverable, or creator submission that targets minors in a harmful, exploitative, or inappropriate manner; and any content designed to facilitate contact with minors for the purpose of exploitation or abuse. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting

4.1 How to Report

If you encounter any content on the Inflame platform that you believe violates this policy or endangers a child, please report it immediately by emailing safety@inflame.co. Include as much detail as possible — screenshots, links, and a description of the concern.

4.2 Response Process

All reports are reviewed promptly. Where a report relates to CSAM or imminent harm to a child, we will escalate to the South African Police Service (SAPS) and the Film and Publication Board (FPB) without delay. We will remove reported content pending investigation and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

5. Platform Safeguards

Inflame does not facilitate campaigns that are directed at audiences under the age of 13. Brand clients are required to confirm that their campaigns comply with all applicable laws regarding advertising to children, including the Consumer Protection Act and guidelines issued by the Advertising Regulatory Board (ARB) of South Africa. Any campaign identified as targeting minors inappropriately will be suspended pending review.

6. Enforcement

Inflame reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account — brand or creator — found to be in violation of this policy, without notice and without refund. We take reports of potential child safety violations seriously and will act swiftly and decisively to protect children and the integrity of our platform.

7. Contact

For questions about this policy, or to report a concern, please contact us at safety@inflame.co. For urgent child safety concerns, please contact the South African Police Service (SAPS) on 10111 or the Childline South Africa helpline on 116.
