How do I start my first campaign?

Inflame reads your public Instagram and website into a brand profile you can correct, then builds ready-to-launch campaign ideas with the brief, creators, budget and dates filled in. The Create Campaign page shows those ideas first: launch one as it is, customise it, or write your own brief. It reads public Instagram and website only, never your inbox or private data.

Can creators bring me ideas?

Yes. Creators send pitches to your pitch inbox: a concept, a concept video, and a reel, a TikTok video or both at their rate, with a date to respond by. Accept, edit the details around it, or decline. Pitch settings let you say what you are looking for, or switch pitching off, and reminders keep pending pitches in front of you until you decide.

How does content review work?

Submitted content lands in your campaign pipeline. You have a three-day review window to approve or request changes; if you do nothing, the content is approved and the creator's reserved payment is released. Every approved asset goes into your content library with the usage rights set in the brief, and each campaign has a report you can export.

Can I run Instagram and TikTok in one campaign?

Yes. Choose Instagram, TikTok or both in one brief, give each platform its own budget line, and review everything in one flow.

Funds are reserved per creator when you invite them and released the moment you approve their content. If a creator declines or an invite expires, the money returns to your balance automatically.

Is Inflame only for South African brands?

Inflame is built for South Africa first, but we support brands anywhere that want to work with our creator network.

Can an agency or a group run several brands from one account?

Yes. An organisation holds one wallet that funds every brand under it, with owners, admins, finance and members given access per brand. You invite people at organisation level, create brands inside it, and see every brand in one work queue, one unanswered-messages list and one set of reports with CSV export.

Describe who you are looking for in a sentence, such as skincare creators in Cape Town who make reels for busy parents, and Inflame returns a ranked shortlist. Filter by age, gender, country, area, followers, engagement and rate, and a For you ranking learns from who you invite and work with. Every creator card carries a portfolio, and creators also apply to open campaigns inside a published window.
